1.Genmaicha, also named as Rrown Rice Green Tea, is a kind of green tea drinking of Japan and South Korea. This tea comes from the Steamed Green Tea mixed with brown rice, including the broken Genmaicha and complete Genmaicha.

The Steamed Green Tea Fannings mixing with the broken brown rice forms the broken Genmaicha, it is only as the material of teabag. The Steamed green tea Sencha mixing with the complete brown rice forms the complete Genmaicha.

The Genmaicha looks green(tea color) mixed with yellow(rice color), the tea water is bright, has a very good tea aroma mixed with rice aroma, tastes fresh, mellow and palatable. You could hardly feel anybitter and astringent from this tea, only more aroma and strong taste, no harm for your intestines and stomach, so the Genmaicha is very popular among the young people.

Generally, you can take about 30-40grams brown rice mixed with 100gram Steamed Green tea to get a right Genmaicha. When drinking, you can take about 3grams Genmaicha, then put the boiled water about 200ml, then you can drink after about one minute.
